Hooooo German Amiga Emulation Board

RCK,
This may be old news to most people, but I just discovered the German Amiga Emulation Board (GAEB ). It is very remiscent to EAB. I also recognise many regulars of that board (Hello Andreas, S4murai, Retroman and Overdoc).
Do you often have contact with the administrator of this board? It does have some nice ideas like ‘number of hours spent on the board’ and an avatar rating.

Hehe Yep, I´m a regular on both boards (EAB and GAEB) ! The nice thing is, you can discover solutions to things on one board, while the question was posted on the other one If you combine both you have a nearly complete coverage of the Amiga Topic itself

Yep, Osmodia use one free clone of vBulletin called Burning Board.
But don't be afraid, vB is the source

The next upcoming version of EAB (3.x) is shreduled in a few month. There will be much more improvement

(ATM, I have to code the database & to play GameCube)

Happy

hey Tim,

thanks for mentioning me too. :laugh
So cheers mate
(I said CHEERS, not "cheese"! Hrmph ... damn board software...it would never do what I'm expecting from it )
(hell I always feel the urge to greet back if someone mentions me ... man am I vain )

Seriously, yes it's me indeed. The GAEB is even older than the EAB, this even makes me feel a bit proud )

Big grin Die Deutsche Seite

Andreas,
When I saw that some GAEB-members have posted over 3000 messages I realised that board must be older than EAB.
I could sign up to GAEB but my German language isn’t that good (as bad as my English here at EAB).
