Now rygar frames are 320*200, can you them with the extact rygar size?

You Should set the rygars' background to black, otherwise we'll have some issue

just an idea, completely drop the background and use a copper gradient like this

Since we have 4 sprites left we can use them to do 3 colors' 64pixel wide background!

updated frames with black transparency. check rygar-frames.zip in the zone.
sprites can be 16 x 256 each of them with 3 colors?

Sorry Mate, just all new. Btw, all Rygars' frames should have the same size. Use the Biggest.

For examples: if jump is 32 pixel height, and dead frame is 10 pixel, dead should be 32 height as jumo frame. Is that clear?

about the background with 3 colors this comes to mind.

so this is how it should look with the sprites, tiles etc i have so far. i dont like so much the background maybe it can be little better

Updated the frames, all 32x32 size. Check rygar-frames.zip in the zone again. I removed the explosion and disc that rygar throws if you want them too as sprites tell me to upload.

About the background i made another try with 4 colors. I think its a lot better

We still have some trouble with sprite conversion.. We have color 0 inverted!
