How transfer EasyNetPro CD to A1200
I have the EasyNetPro CD from AmigaKit to set up basic networking on A1200. I'm completely stumped on how to transfer the content over.
When I attempt to copy files from the CD with File Explorer, it gives me read errors. e.g. Code:
some data in 3513523F.0 can't be read or written (Error code -36) Code:
dd if=/dev/rdisk4 of=./Easy.iso bs=1M I'm on a Mac and don't have easy access to PC or try WINFuse. I'm using a USB DVD drive. I tried a 2nd Mac and got the same error. I don't have another DVD drive. I have FS-UAE and use it to transfer files I need to the SD card and set up ClassicWB this way. Does the CD have some sort of protection on it or is it just a corrupt copy? How does everyone else do it? Before I try spend a lot of time trying combinations of things, I thought I'd ask if anyone can recommend the best way to transfer the content to A1200. I copy the CD contents on to a CF card on my PC and then use a CF-PCMCIA adapter to read it on the Amiga.
Or in the past I have also used WinUAE to copy stuff. Both work fine, so possibly an issue with your disk |

If you use ClassicWB on your A1200 there's already MiamiDX TCP/IP stack.
I use FTP and PCMCIA WIFI WPA2/AES card or Ethernet PCMCIA card. I've got servers set up on OSX and on Linux. Here's how to start FTP sharing on a Mac |

Lemaru and Sir_Lucas, thank you to you both.
I think I have a corrupted cd. Narrowed it down to files in CERT directory under AMISSL. I’ll try MiamiDX and see how it goes. |
