Eek Understand the first part not the second bit?

I understand about downloading LHA files and then opening them up using winace but how do you tranfer the extracted file over to the amiga???????????please go easy on me as i have racked my brain there is so much info out there and instructions to do one thing then another.I have downloaded all sorts on to pc floppy ready to use to acheive the transfer but i would like an experienced person to take me through step by step if they are patient and willing.I would much appreciate this help!
