Sucks i didn't see this thread earlier. I want one of these, but i'll have to mod it for a internal as master. This would include at least as much as adding the pins for a regular 44-pin ide cable, or soldering the cable it self to the back of the board, and mod the board to make the CF slave, instead of master. If i had been on the ball earlier i would have known by now if this is at all feasible.

What is the update on these?

Are all stock assigned?

Im ready willing and able to help all UK members wanting them save a few pennies by importing more than I need and then forwarding them on.

Hi All,

I received the parts i needed, All those who expressed interest in this thread and Amibay orders can be processed. Anyone who wants to do a group buy from UK can talk to Fitzsteve once we work out details, anyone else can order directly from me.

Give me 2 days to finish building and then i'll be ready to start processing the orders. Gonna be busy for a bit

probably have room for a few more orders to be placed, first come first served

It's cheap enough to risk having a piece of hardware i cant use laying around. I'll bite. Put me down for one.

IMPORTANT EDIT: When paying by paypal please select Personal payment and not for goods bought or i will have to pay a $2.00 fee which is not good and that would have to be added to your cost.

Hi All,

Time for the payment & shipping info...

For all those not living in UK & Ireland, shipping will be flat rate $8.50 airmail for anywhere in the world. Delivery time is approx 4 - 10 business days subject to customs, pirates etc . Based on the cost of the item it is highly unlikely that customs will ask for their cut of the pie.

Now for the complicated part, for those in UK & Ireland you can either go with the option above or see if there are enough for a group buy. A group buy means cheaper shipping and based on the amount of people i would ship them all to Steve and he can remail them for £1.50p. There are 10 people that could benefit from this.

I can mail all the UK orders in 2 envelopes costing $20 total that means each person in the UK list pays $2 Cdn each to get it to the UK and then would pay Steve the £1.50p to remail it locally so total cost would be ($1 Cdn = £0.62p) approx £2.70 ($4.35). Obviously if people don't want this option then price will increase proportionately.
I won't hold up the bus so to speak too long on this so let your feelings be known by latest Friday evening, remember a cost on this option cannot be calculated until everyone responds one way or another, if you are like me and impatient then you can just pay for the boards and the $8.50 shipping cost and you're all set

Boards will be ready for shipping Thursday lunchtime (my local -6 GMT) so all orders paid for by that time will escape Churchill before the weekend, any orders after that won't leave until Monday (damn Post Office rules)

Costs are $18 Cdn each for the boards and $8.50 shipping (max of 4 boards in envelope) so just total it up and send paypal payment to ...

kipper2k@mts.net making sure you specify what you are buying and give me your mailing address and we're all set to go.

All boards will be tested, if anyone has any problems let me know and we will fix it. Please read the simple installation guide before installing.

Hi Kipper2k,

I no longer need one of your units, so please offer this to someone else who expresses interest.

Regards..

I just noticed that paypal was charging me $2 fees for some people and not for others. I called them and they said that the seller has to pay a fee when people select buying goods. If you select personal payment then no fee is applied, please do not select buying goods when paying me unless you want the buyer protection in which case add $2.00 to the amount you send me, my profit margin is already small
