18pin DRAM chips

I am thinking of buying a memory expansion for my A2000.

The one I have found is 8meg fully populated but only comes with 2 meg.

So I would need to find an additional 6meg to fully populate it, so I have to track down some 18pin 128k DRAM chips described by the big book of Amiga hardware as:

"18pin 1Mx1 Socketed DRAM Chips" with the particular chips installed as "Sanyo LCS 321000P-80"

Any ideas where I could get those? Possibly obsolete PC hardware?

Shame this card doesn’t use 20pin DRAMs as I have no problem tracking those down from old PC VGA cards.
