Is there a difference between Amiga and PC floppy cables?

Is there a difference between Amiga and PC floppy cables? I need a cable to use with amiga 500..

Ancient 5.25" floppy drives had different connectors, but such floppy cables are very rare nowadays (and usually they have a 3.5"-style connector as well, so you can cut away the end of the cable).

Many of the PC floppy cables are also longer, which may cause some mechanical difficulties.

If you have the original Amiga floppy drive, just use the section of cable before the twist.

The Amiga floppy drive cable is a straight through cable with no twist also known as a "B" drive cable.
