Nice one Steril707

So, can I ask as it seems like everything is done now.

When does this game go on sale as both physical and digital download?

We are in the final stages of getting everything produced. That's all I can say...

This looks fantastic, quite a journey from the start to end, where can we pre-order or order the boxed game?

That silver shimmer is quite nice.
You can see it a bit in this video.

Hey amifan, you will be able to order the boxed sets at https://www.polyplay.xyz/

The digital version will be available on my itch.io account for 9.99 when the release date has come:

The boxart look great but one thing that's been bugging me is how to correctly pronounce this game's name.

Is it like In-Veye-Yeah or In-Veee-Yaa or am I totally wrong on both.

Well, whatever you like to call it...

I personally call it "In Vee Ya", though...

Most of it was a lot of fun, to be honest. You just need to be careful not to burn out on the way, and take your (long) pauses when needed. That's the main reason why it took 4 1/2 years to get it finished.

Anyway, great feeling to have this under my belt now. Creating a game for the Amiga was a childhood dream of mine, and that is coming true right now.

It has been quiet for a long time. I am checking Polyplay website daily and still no sign of something happening...

Hehe, been checking PolyPlay almost daily for a few months for this reason ;-)
BTW, am I entitled to a digital version when I order the box ?
I have no access to a floppy drive on my FPGA Amiga for the moment...
One day hopefully Even if it makes no sense

Oops, sorry for the lack of updates lately..

Have been working a lot behind the scenes, and the game got a few graphical upgrades (again ).

The game is finished, stopped working on it a few days ago, and I am just waiting now for the presentation on Amiga Bill's stream, which will be on Sunday, April the 11th at around 19:00 central European time.

I am super happy with how the game looks, plays, sounds and feels right now. Was a lot of work later on, almost some kind of crunch at the end.
Has a very rounded feel imo.

I don't want to show to much right now, want to surprise people with the final look a bit when the time comes.

At the same time as Amiga Bill's stream airs, you will be able to order the physical edition (boxed set or budget or CD32 version) on http://polyplay.xyz and the digital version which includes an adf file, whdload slave and the CD32 iso on tigerskunk.itch.io/inviyya

I am not sure about the digital version being a part of the boxed set, but since the older releases on polyplay all included a little sd card with the digital version on it I guess so...

Hope you guys will like the game, and give me a lot of feedback, positive or not...

Thanks to everybody here for all the help and support over the years, it's been a crazy journey.
Now it's all about seeing what happens with this release for me, and if it's worthwhile to continue Amiga game dev (which I would have some ideas for, but let's see).

Anyway, this is my love letter to the classic OCS Amiga models, and I gave it all I could...

Congratulations! I came to think of this:

"The first 90 percent of the code accounts for the first 90 percent of the development time. The remaining 10 percent of the code accounts for the other 90 percent of the development time."

I spent the last two and a half years thinking finishing the game is one week away
No joke.

Kind of crazy I pulled through, and now every aspect of the game is almost 100% of what I wanted and was able to achieve with my limited skillset.
I couldn't honestly have done a better game than what this is now.

So, if you guys end up thinking it's shit, the culprit at least wasn't a lack of dedication.

Hey, let's not talk about "if", but "when" I want to play that Barbarian game... Maybe take a little break from coding, after so many years of toiling on this one you surely deserve it. And congrats on fulfilling the childhood dream

I know that it's a quality shoot'em up, so no worries about feedback, let's just hope people will be as supportive with their wallets.
