I thought about it but then would have to wait 5-6 months and maybe stall the project and me get frustrated and drop it. So I went with backbone, 2 weeks, runs on A1200, speed is ok, everybody happy.

I have just played it up to the first boss. Excellent graphics! You should work for Remainder!

Today I visited www.lemonamiga.com then noticed that full version has already released.
I tested on my CD32+Analogic FDD (= 020 CPU, 1.8MB Chip + no fast RAM). Surely screen scrolling is a bit slower than WinUAE, but this speed was no problem in my opinion. @nobody First, I'd like to say thank you for this nice game. I like both "Castlevania" and "Master of Darkness"! Let me tell you an issue I came across. I mean the 2nd boss battle. I had to place the main character as screenshot attached below to avoid bosses' projectiles. And I jumped & threw knives many times towards the lower one, however, it seemed that it never die. After that, bosses don't shoot projectiles anymore. And I cannot throw knives anymore, too. I got a wrong solution, or...? |

could be some bug of the program. This boss is made to kill him by going the right way, if you make a mistake it gets a mess, more bosses coming, shooting everywhere and most likely you end up dead. and you have to get closer to the lower boss to kill him.

Nice little game. Bearing in mind that it is made in Backbone it looks quite decent and plays the same. Graphics are nice and music is atmospheric. Since you have proven your abilities, next time try finding a coder who can make code for the game in something different than Backbone. You have great potential. Thumb up from me!

I cannot add more graphics easily because it will be a mess and i think it will break the graphics style of the game e.g. if you add a big house you have to redraw everything with different proportions. |

@NoBody Congratulation, nice Game I play some levels and I Like Player moves (Animation frames are low but make his work) enemies too...a shame. And obiously 68020 there for little speed. Of Course All in this life is improved al so video games but like you do this game is more than ok and nice to play.THANK YOU Now some cuestión, opinions too. (Not A500 user Sorry here ) In the another hand that you afirm that May is posible to export some Amos Readable source or something in Backbone, I'm very courious to know if is posible. I think not, but in case yes Work in backbone for make the tiles (Rooms,World, levels etc..) set All There first and pass code to Amos and improve the player animation and the IA Would be Amazing but I think 90% that is not posible...I hope I'm Rong I Use backbone a little not much here some cuestións. Sorry if they are a lot. The GFX are originals Pixel art? 32 colors? How many levels have you Done now? Recomend Amiga? 020/030/040/060 Backbone have same Amos Speed.(Amal 50 imágenes por segundo)?? Backbone uses bobs/sprites or computed sprites? Need some help to finish this? Grettings Johnny Enviado desde mi SM-N9005 mediante Tapatalk |

2. 16 colors in game 3. There are 3 levels, i was thinking add another one but is unlikely because i work in another project now. 4. My tests were made with A1200/020 true speed in WinUAE so this is the target machine 5. From what i have seen i believe Backbone is slower than AMOS 2.0 if programmer is good. 6. 99% uses bobs 7. if you want to help and think you can make it faster i can give you the graphics to make the game from scratch. |

Thank you nobody for the answers. Good Job!
May I can do Faster in Amos 2.0 but from scratch ? XD no Thanks also work in another proyecto. .. you know.. But more animation frames on player Will take a nice look to your Staring Bob ... I like the atmósfera you create in this game. With more time and using Amos instead backbone or if is posible the 2 mixing Tile Maps & Amal (think is no possible any way) . I think this Vampire kill a more than one he he. Keep the good work. Regards. Johnny Enviado desde mi SM-N9005 mediante Tapatalk |

I could use a better tune to match game style if someone that has the talent to do it is interested.
