Those are the sps names, and release numbers. Crc's match earlier released files, so, they're just there if anyone wants to know the names or sps number, really.

I notice when running GameBase Amiga, it looks for the SPS files in a specific naming convention, in what appears to be numbered folders. Is there an easy way to get the TOSEC SPS files in this format or is there a download link somewhere?

Actually, you can find a "GameBase Amiga SPS" .DAT on the EAB File Server under the directory /Commodore_Amiga/GameBase Amiga 2/!Dats:

... Dat - GameBase Amiga - SPS (v2.0).zip

Thanks DamienD, that's exactly what I was looking for. By the way, just wanted to let you know that the DamienD WinUAE pack is awesome. That's really my go to option for Amiga games, and as ridiculous as it seems to want the SPS games working, I am a completionist. It's really an illness, you know.
