Mmmhhh, so strange: it works on CD32 of my friend... which problem do you have?
To play it on workbench, try this: http://amigaanimecd.wordpress.com/20...for-cd32-only/

Let me know.

I was trying it under Emulation
Maybe I selected the wrong ISO

But on a real CD32 it works

Though the first time I mouse clicked
and was stuck on a White workbench
type screen.

Uhm, strange issue... It seems that your system cannot open screen: it doesn't matter which resolution you use, RTG or not, cdgsxl ever try to open a new native screen.
Did you have PAL and/or NTSC in your devs:monitors?
Try to copy the command line on the script in a new cli shell and add the parameter "pal" or "ntsc" or "defmon" and see what happens.
In addition, you can try to add the parameter "view" and/or "nopromote" at the end of the command line.

Let me know.

If you get only sound with "view" parameter, means that your system cannot open native screen.
Maybe it's due by block transfer or screen doubling: try to remove "blit" or "sdbl" parameters.
If you remove sdbl, you must add a 2x vertical filter in your emulator config to get correct proportions.

Let me know.

Blit removed = No difference
SDBL removed = Works !
But as you say = Widescreen/Half Height

Thanks for feedback.

I discovered that in order to use sdbl mode, the chipset must be AGA, in your config there's only "Full ECS".

Another little thing: why did you use directdraw? direct 3d is a lot faster (in miscellaneous - graphics api).

Thank you again!

That was the 'Amiga In A Box' default and I never changed it.

Just tried and it said something about a RunTime component needing update.

For using direct 3d? Yes, you must download the runtime at the url displayed in the message... but it's not mandatory, if you have a fast machine (or fast video card), you can still use directdraw as well... on my pentium g2020 w integrated adapter, cdxls play very slow in directdraw mode.

Anyway, AGA chipset is mandatory to use sdbl mode.

I thought AGA would stop the Hi-Color Modes --- but it did not.

DirectDraw is plenty fast enough ---
the only problem I have is Audio Clipping
but that is with everything on WinUAE

Tried to install the DirectX RunTime Update
but it locked up the PC (twice)

I’ve got some problems while making iso for the 11th episode...
to build the iso, I had to change bitrate for the videos, let me know if it works on real CD32:

Thanks!
