This will be absolutely fantastic!! It's nice to see such a high quality product as this being released that doesn't try to get blockier to act more retro, this is as Neil79 said, real Amiga style!!
Eh hang on! why does it say it's coming to the Amiga as well at the end? they don't mean AGA Amiga's do they, they mean the most recent OS4 machines yes? Last edited by blade002; 15 August 2016 at 19:25. |

I would imagine they WOULD accept 68k Amigas if an unpaid developer could found and performance was acceptable |

CPU speed is one thing (and you can discuss that particular speed comparison with BigGun ;-) , but the Vamp also has 128MB RAM and you could run the game in 640x480 RTG whereas redoing graphics for 2MB chip RAM and AGA would take a serious amount of work..and compromises..

Daniel/Daytona is the guy doing the Tower 57 amiga version, and he is currently only making NG hardware/OS versions.
Ive asked him if he will be developing for the Vampire, and atm hes not planning to do so, as he is superbusy. But he did say he is following the Vampire development with intrest, so he didnt rule out setting up for Classic/Vampire development. Its quite a few months ago since I raised this question, so I have no idea about his current thoughts towards Vampire. Maybe we can encourage him to do so, but between Wings, OpenGL ES and Tower 57, I doubt he got enough hours in the day. |

Most likely not, this is AmigaOS 4.x and I guess requiring NG hardware.

Tower 57 looks great. Shame that I haven't got working amiga anymore, that would be nerdgasmic experience. Looking forward to playing on PC, tho
