Update Game Database Issue

I am unable to select "Update Game Database" using 2.9.7dev2 - it generates 20 connection failures before throwing an error exception. I do not see a method to confirm username/password in the GUI. The online documentation does not match the current version.

I am able to login to the OpenRetro database using a browser.

Is it possible to reset the game database user login settings?

Here is the error message:

DatabaseRefreshTask failed with ConnectionError:
"HTTPSConnectionPool(host='openretro.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/sync (Caused by NewConnectionError('<requests.packages.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x0a205310>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10013] An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions',))"

I have attempted to execute FS-UAE as an administrator and continue to get the error.

System: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Hmm, maybe you've blocked FS-UAE Launcher in your firewall or something?

No, firewall is clear. This just began with 2.9.7dev2. The GUI will not allow me to "Log Out" either. It generates the same error. I have turned off the firewall and anti-virus to test. No impact.

The end result is: 2.8.3 works correctly. 2.9.7dev2 does not.
