As it is Hollywood, if it works it will be very slow.

Though some Hollywood stuff seems to work. Fairies works and might be a little too fast from the last time time I tried it.
Tried Fairies again and the fade into the program is dog slow, gave up waiting for this highly useful application to get to the working part.

I have some problems on radeon side.
I have 2 cf with same system.
Every build is working with voodoo 3 3000. No problem.
On sonnet side build 398 perfectly working.
On build 399 problem starts. Games are working but on frogger movie 2 seconds later goes to guru. On build 400 when I init ppc system slowing and not adding ppc memory but no error gives. From build 400 to the last build same.
I am using pci.library 13.8 , ragnarok and radeon 128mb.

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding. 2D Games are working on build 428, but Frogger is crashing? Or no builds past 400 are working other than the system grinding to a crawl? By the way I have seen this behavior as well, but it was a sign that well I had other system problems, power, random libs, card order, etc, issues, pain, suffering.
What are the other system specs? OS3.9 BB2? Or fill this https://github.com/Sakura-IT/SonnetA...ki/Bug-Reports out and post here:

Found problem.
I decreased radeonmem 90 to 32.
Now there is no problem. Build 426 is working. Thanks

Ow, I just wanted to say that seeing what changed in 399 this could be a bug.

Radeonmem 90 means 90MB is reserved for gfx and 38MB for added memory? Or was it the other way around?

Yes 90mb is reserved for gfx.
I decreased it to 32 mb and problem solved.
But when it was 90 mb gfx , on build 396 to 398 everything was working.
Now I have no problem with 32mb gfx mem on build 426.

New note: reseted machine and not adding ppc memory again on build 426.
No error.only system is slowing.

Back to build 396 nothing is happening.I am using 3 weeks hours and hours 396.
I must search more.

I am attaching snoopdosPPCbuild396.log and snoopdosPPCbuild426.log.
something is different but I couldnt understand. only on 396 allocating ppc mem but on 426 cant allocate it.

I am using os3.9 BB4. pci.library 13.8 with harrier 239/f+ragnarok+sonnet 128mb. there is no crash.no any alert. only waiting and cant allocating ppc mem to system mem. I am trying to search more.

as seen on build 426, stays everytime on EnStackPatch. I tried it to 1 but not effect.
on build 396, system allocating ppc mem with no problem.

Regarding the question of Killer boards being unstable - I have borrowed indigolemon’s K1 so I can do some first-hand testing.

So far zero issues with this board - I simply removed the Ragnarok, put the K1 in and booted. No settings changed in my setup.

Ran gears successfully for 30 mins, no crashing.

I am currently 40mins through BlizQuake demoloops, so far no issues whatsoever. So, this card is not compatible with the powerpc.library? Really?





If problems are encountered with K1 I would recommend people look to the rest of their system for the issue....

Just taken the dog for a lovely walk. Quake is still running. That’s now over three hours and no issues with Killer.

Could you test with 398/399 and not with 396 so I am sure it is 399? Could you also give the output of pciinfo? 399 made some changes in how the Radeon is addressed by the PPC. Maybe there is an error with 128MB Radeons.

My vendors.txt on s: and pciinfo on c: but devices are unknown on list.

I’ve stopped BlizQuake on killer K1 now after 7hours of continuous looping of the three demos. it’s stable, the driver and the card work absolutely fine.

397 Adds PPC memory to system.when any wos program running machine resets quickly.

400 cant add ppc memory to system. machine is slowing down but no any alert or error.
400 to 426 Same

As you see on build 396 on PCI device 2, there is 4 memspace but on build 426 it adds memspace 0 to 2 but couldnt add everytime memspace3, but triyng to add and slowing down the machine everytime.

build 426 is in attacment with picture because I cant copy paste when initppc.

This is confusing. You said before that 398 worked. Now 397 does not work? Could you do a few more tests?

just the same tests as before to make sure 397 and 398 dont work for you. You said they worked before. For confirmation.

Seeing your pciinfo I might know what is wrong.
