Is there any way of creating a truly portable configuration?

I'm hosting a work retro gaming competition while we're all at home.

I'd like to make a zip file available so that everyone can unzip and single click play Lotus Turbo II.

It would be nice if it went fullscreen on start and picked up a system joystick.

I've got a whdload archive of LotusII.

Can WinUae autostart whdload software or do I need a boot disk and an edited startup-sequence?

If it's whdload I guess that's a 68010 or better, but it could just be an A500 with extra memory.

Any comments? Would fs-uae make it easier?

As a path for HD files etc. use for example: ".\WinUAE files\download - amiga" for relative paths starting from WinUAE.exe dir...

Oh I see thanks.
I've ended up with a floppy version, turbo speed floppy, aros and straight to fullscreen.

Works OK.

We're all computer people so I'm sure they can figure out how to attach a game controller (once I let them in on the F12 secret).

There was a very similar thread not long ago
http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?...24#post1390024

and I asked about paths and looks like hexaae just answered it and you can skip GUI and freely distribute Aros 68k Rom so looks like yes you can do this.

You don't need to go into the GUI i.e. <F12> to setup game controllers.

Obviously make sure you've installed the drivers and they are seen by Windows. Now just start a game, on the first joystick / controller, press the 1st button and it will swap over to Port 2. With the second joystick / controller, press the 2nd button to swap over to Port 1.
