Filter mask on the fly change weird behavior

I've had WinUAE do this for a few versions now but wondering if it's just my setup (Windows 10, x64 build):

Steps to reproduce:
- Start winuae64
- Load any saved configuration that uses a filter mask
- Go down to Filter
- Change the mask file to any different mask

Result:
On mine it'll [very] quickly switch back to 'none' then back to the original mask that was saved in the configuration. After that you can change the filter as normal but it's like the first time you select a mask it'll ignore your choice and revert back to the saved filter.

It's obviously something that isn't done very often. Normally you just stick to the same mask file in your config, but I noticed it when I was trying other filters and wondering why they didn't look any different (as I didn't notice it'd reverted to the original mask!)

Fixed. List was unnecessarily cleared and filled each time any GUI item was changed.
