Floppy disk High Steel

Hi

Anybody got this doozy of a game ?

I tried jambo but got 2 dead link results only

Was there ever a trained version ?

Ps: I actually have an original of this back home if it needs dumping.

Cheers

//Update : doh! .. Just checked Tosec and 3 entrys exist .. 1 trained too .. 'High Steel (19xx)(Screen 7)[t +3 Trilogy].adf' .. Sure would be juicy if somebody could bang it in the zone

Trained version in the Zone. The date in xx's is 1989, fact fans.

Big grin

Thanks to both of you for the files ... I've taken both versions from The Zone.

Question How to play?

I just have played High Steel but did not get far. I expected a beautiful scrolling platform game but this looks more like a puzzle affair. Can anyone tell what the purpose is in this game?
Many thanks in advance.

Well, I was gonna type up some stuff from the manual, but since I already had it scanned (rather big) I just decided to zip that up. I skipped the German, Italian, French & Swedish pages and just posted the first 3 pages (English) and reduced them to a more realistic size. Hope this helps, it's all the help Screen 7 gave.

In the Zone, natch...

Smile Thanks

Ah, many thanks for putting the manual in The Zone, Twistin. When I have time for it, I'll try to solve those cryptic riddles in the user-manual -maybe it will reveil some info about the game.
Somehow High Steel looks and sounds like a pre-1985 game. Strange it was never converted to 8-bit machines.

Plz, upload High Steel (trained & untrained) to the Zone again. I can't find this nice game.
