WinUAE (2.4.1) does not recognize all ROMs
Hello all,
I recently reinstalled the current version of WinUAE and tried to copy my ROMs from the Amiga Forever CD to my PC. Unfortunately it seems that WinUAE only recognizes those for the A500/4000 entries but none of the others. The A1200 one is the one I care about most, but it won't let me select it despite the Kick300.rom file placed in the same directory as all the others. My Amiga Forever CD is from 1998 (2.0) - could it be that the current version of WinUAE needs a more recent version of Kick300 to properly work? (playing with the A500 configuration works fine, so the KEY file seems to be all good) - Thomas |

It is possible really old AF specific ROMs are not supported, also I think old AF's "A1200" ROM is actually A4000 ROM.

So picking up the recent version of AF should fix this? Well, I guess updating once every 14 years can't hurt...
