DPaint for PC or Clone

Hello guys,

I am looking a Deluxe Paint Clone for PC or the Dos Conversion of Deluxe Paint that I tried last year but I am not able to find anymore with google.

Any help or suggestion?

I need to manipulate .iff pictures.

Thanks

There was a program explicitly marketed as a Deluxe Paint clone for Windows, but I can't remember ts name. It was a long name.

GFX2 is pretty cool.
But you could also use Deluxe Paint II Enhanced under a DOS prompt or DOS emulator.
Find Deluxe Paint II Enhanced in The Zone, I just uploaded it for you

For those reading this thread in the future: Google for "Deluxe Paint II Enhanced" DOS 3.0 and you will find the download you are looking for.

Well, I'm very happy with DPaint in WinUAE

Project Dogwaffle got started years ago, it's called something else now. But it's easy to find, and it even has the same keys and buffering scheme as DPaint !

If I wanted to use DPaint for PC, I would simply run it through WinUAE . No need to look for clones when there WinUAE. But if your computer is not that fast, I guess a clone on the PC is better.

|Deluxe Paint lives

Hi
I cant believe this post, I was just finding Dpaint yesterday and sat up untill 1 am playing with it.

Get the Dos version from the link below, I run it through DOSBOX windows application, which also lets you save video captures of you animations

Looking forward to trying this out more,

DEE

I find the mouse responsiveness to be no good, in DPIIe, in emulated amiga, or any other siolution I have tried. That's why I stick to my Amiga.
