Helllo Commodore Amiga fans, I'm SadGamerDad
Hello,
I'm a hobbyist VR Streamer who grew up playing Commodore 64 games and lusting after Amiga graphics only to never acquire one and honestly forgot about them by the time I finished college in 96. I recently stumbled across the Amiga CD32 and Dan Wood's YouTube video on turning it into an Amiga gaming library using the Terrible Fire. I now have my own Amiga CD32 and a terrible fire 328 and want to setup a new 32GB CF card to run games I will stream in a retro gaming series on my Twitch channel. Happy to learn more on all things Amiga. Cheers/regards, Shawn / SadGamerDad |

Hello Shawn and welcome to EAB.
I never had a CD32 but they are meant to be great using the terriblefire 328. Its 500, 600 and Amiga 1200's that I have and its amazing what has been made for all of these little beauties including the CD32 over the last few years and look forward to seeing more hardware as time goes by |

Welcome to eab!
The CD32 is getting a real following these days and rightly so - I got mine brand new from Tandy (Radio Shack) for £19.99 including Sensible Soccer (not the best version of SS I admit) back in the day. Wish I had kept hold of it now but it's the same old story isn't it? |

It was... it was a bit of insider info at the time as the staff were buying them up but I managed to get one of the last remaining at a small branch of Tandy in Beckenham, Kent. I remember a few months after, I saw a mint in box one at a bootfair, they guy wanted £25 for it and I passed it up having just got one. oh to turn back the clock... they seem to be changing hands for decent money now. |
