WinUAE 3.4.0 beta series - Page 24

Hi,
I guess I found an issue with the beta.

Actual I'm using WinUAE 3.3 with a simple folder as harddrive, running WB1.3 (A500, KS1.3).

With WinUAE 3.4 beta 20 the system cashes at the start. After playing with the config I found the problem. Using the 'Action Replay Mk III v3.17'-Cartridge causes the crash.

Interesting... just tested by loading "Classic WB 3.1 Lite .HDF" configuration and added in the "Action Replay Mk III v3.17" cartridge.

Yup, pressed "Start" and immediate crash / dump.

In fact it seems to happen with any "Action Replay Mk III" cartridges. Testing others now...

Edit: with some of the other cartridges my .HDF wont load. Guess this is normal, considering I'm using an A1200 expanded configuration with my Classic WB 3.1 Lite .HDF?

Fixed.

Action Replay II/III does some weird stuff with autoconfig and it only supports Z2.

The emulation of the Realtek RTL8029 PCI network card under AmigaOS 4.1 works very fine.
But 10 Mbps is no longer up-to-date. When will support WinUAE the RTL8100 or RTL 8139 with 100 Mbps network cards? The ELBOX Mediator Software comes with a RTL8139-compatible Fast Ethernet driver.

Max speed is only a real hardware limit. Emulated network (or harddrive) hardware does not have any speed limiters in UAE.
