@spanners

here is the youtube detail quote

Quote:
ripped from a demo scene demo called Hunt for 7th October. This is the module to end all modules, The mod that every other mod aspires to be but can't because the epicness of this mod is unreachable. if you haven't already heard it and you call yourself an Amiga fan then hang your head in shame you disgusting poser. enjoy!
Now, sadly I don't remember this tune, so my nostalgia glasses are off, but its not the best mod... far from it.

I could reference any music work by Raphaƫl Gesqua (Audiomonster/MELON) - whom for me atleast it would be like meeting a personal Hero!

Back in 1990 when Hunt for 7th October was released this module by Walkman was one of the very best. It inspired a lot of people and was way ahead of its time IMHO. Check other modules released in 1990 and compare them to mod.klisje paa klisje.
And it still sounds good 22 years later, it stood the test of time very well.

Sadly my friend, I think I have missed the boat in appreciating this one. all the samples it uses I have heard a dozen times over in atleast a dozen other mods.

Quite sad really, I feel I have missed a moment.

However it could just as be the other way with personal taste - since I prefer a lot more game mods / chip tunes - only a few actually demo-scene mods (with samples) really make an impression on me.
