built-in AROS ROM: gadtools does not support to get GTTX_Text

With the builtin AROS KS ROM

GT_GetGadgetAttrs (textgadget,win,req,GTTX_Text,&text,TAG_END)

does not change the value of <i>text</i>.

The autodocs state that it is supported in V39+, the version in AROS is V41.

Built-in one is few years old. There was no need to update it.

I probably update it in next version because recently user copper list support was added.
