Fantasy strategy/action?

Hi,
It was amiga 500 game (i think...)
It was strategy or action game (i dont remember) set in fantasy theme.
There was a battlefiled/map viewed top down, 2 sides, you could select a lot of different fantasy creatures (like mages, golems, minotaurs, zombies etc(i dont know if any mentioned creature was actually in the game)) for each army and they were fighting.
I dont remember if it was action or strategy or if these battles were the main game or only the battle part.

Any help?

King's Bounty, Celtic Legends or Warriors Of Releyne?

Interesting games. King's bounty screenshots reminded me of heroes of might and magic and the celtic legends looks COOL... Have you played these games?

King's Bounty is the game that New World Computing created before Heroes of Might and Magic which is why it looks familiar! It's a really good game. Also check out the recent PC version King's Bounty: The Legend (http://www.gog.com/game/kings_bounty_the_legend).

Celtic Legends is also a great game but I haven't played Warriors Of Releyne much.

I was thinking about Dark Legions, which looks to be for DOS only. I was sure i was playing it on amiga, sorry.
