Guru ROM Adapter board source

I have visited Mr Babel's website and he is advising to buy the adapter board from the few Amiga dealer's still left. I would love to, but a google search doesn't seem to turn up any dealers who are selling them.

Would anyone here know of a dealer? Preferably who will accept Paypal. I'll get two. One each for my GVP HC8+ and A2091.

Thanks,

They are sold mainly through Ebay shops these days. This one sold 2 days ago for $62

Soft Hut used to sell them, but who knows if they have any left, they never update their website!

I emailed Babel to see if he would open source the PCB design for non profit, but he would not until he was sure the entire back stock was sold, and then he would maybe consider it. Which I can understand.

Personally I feel he should license the production of more Guru ROM's to AmigaKit, then he would get some money to put towards other projects, the Amiga community gets what it wants and it helps AmigaKit stay in business.

Yea I missed the auction on ebay. Had it tagged but lost track of time.

I'll look on softhut site. Who knows maybe they will have a couple left.

Thanks,

Babel told the same thing to me when I asked him two years ago. I checked all the stores he mentioned, all of them either have no stock or gone out of business. One of them even made fun of me when I asked about amiga stock.

what can we do to convince him that there:s no more stock out there ? Even if there is, original Guru rom will still hold its value over homebrew stuff.
