CU Amiga Super CD-ROM 1 and 2

Thanks for uploading CUCD 1 and 2, just wanted to check, is the Aminet 7 CD the CUCD1 as I can`t seem to see CUCD 1 on the server?
Cheers,
Timo

Perhaps I shouldn't say this and may regret it but the later AFCDs included adfs of WB - definately the last 2 or 3 did.

Right now I start to transfer all disks I've got for Amiga, will put them on the ftp when it's finished but that could take a while.
Don't really know if there is anything rare, here some examples:
Amiga Software Extra 12 & 15 - Markt & Technik
Amiga Basic fuer Insider v1.0 - Markt & Technik
Amiga Spiele Disk - Markt & Technik
Perfect English v1.0 - Amiga Highlander?
CLI Menue - Amiga Paradize
Top Secret - MSPI (M&T Software Partner International Gmbh)
BW No: 0091 Rund um den Bootblock 2 - Amiga PD

I hope to be finished with it by the end of the week.

I assumed we were all turning a blind eye to all the stuff that's not supposed to be on the FTP server?

AFAIK I don't think that's the official position

I know some other stuff has been removed because of its contents; namely the CD collections that included a WHDload key and other bits and bobs.

Yes, the same rules in terms of stuff you're allowed to upload apply to the FTP as they do the Zone.

Can you name the stuff that should be removed to be safe? I don't want to risk the good things up there for some naughty ones

I'm not sure as I can't check at the moment. If anyone knows what is definitely still sold please say so someone can remove it, thanks!

Oh and I'll move some of these posts into the FTP thread soon so bear with me...

EDIT: Done - posts 392-398 moved from the PFS thread.

This raises the issue (again) of what is defined as "still sold".

PFS3 and OxyPatcher are both listed on Softhut's website (which we all know is out-of-date), and Duke Nukem Atomic Edition is available from sellers on Amazon (which are selling a mixture of second-hand copies and new-old-stock). Does this mean we can't FTP these things?

I'm registered as a business seller on eBay, so if I'm selling any of the software that's on the FTP, can I insist that it is removed?

Interesting questions. Anybody have any answers?

Steve.
