Is Loom complete in box rare?

Trying to buy a Kixx XL copy of Loom from eBay but the prices are ridiculously high.

Is this game really worth £50+?

Waiting for a Classic Collection copy instead.

The eBay traders have just put the BIN prices silly. You have to wait for an auction and even then because most of the stock is set at silly BIN prices it creates an artificial demand

Or do what I do, just buy Job lots, keep what you want and sell the rest!

I've got a massive collection of Games now, not many rare to be truthful but some real Gems and I didn't have to pay LOL prices for them!

I put in a best offer on one that had a £50 BIN. I offered £10 and he had the nerve to call me a joker. I thought I was being generous.

These douchebags on eBay really pisses me off. You have to wade through an avalanche of "RARE!!!!!1111! ONLY $1.000.000" ads for hours until you find the good stuff on there. Keep looking mate, hope you find Loom sooner than later for a good price. But give this one a miss.

Try amibay, people on there are generally very nice to deal with.

I think the seller 'dpmac21172' is basing his prices on the ones being sold by 'penfold_t_mole' who is selling a couple of original boxed versions of Loom which look in excellent condition and one even comes with an original audio cassette but is considerably more expensive:

£129.99: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Amiga-Game...item5d374233bb

£59.99: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Amiga-Game...item1c2e82122a

I don't think the budget version is in the same price class as these version so £50 is a bit steep. I think £15 - £20 would be a good offer. No way is it worth £50.
