As a purchaser and user of one of these units, I can state with certainty that they are not.

This one actually feels somewhat thinner than the original.

Hehe, even I have bought membranes from RWAP. His ZX81 membrane is top-notch.

Has anyone ever made a replacement keyboard for an Amiga with mechanical switches instead? I know that the original Amiga key caps wouldn't fit on the Cherry switch stems, but given that there's a lot of different replacement Cherry key caps out there, I'd imagine that it wouldn't be extremely hard to get key caps that approximated virtually all the keys on an original Amiga keyboard (I mean the size, not necessarily the printing on the keys).

The first A500 and A2000 models had mechanical keyboards from Cherry and NMK.

I believe the sizes are the main obstacle in making a mechanical Amiga keyboard nowadays. Even though you can get the correct sizes, they're not available for all rows of the keyboard since there are four or five different heights and angles for keycaps depending on keyboard row.
