Hi! I have a question, can I install AmigaOS 3.9 w/o the cd mounted in winuae? What I mean Is you dump the contents of the cd on a folder, mount it as CD0 or something. Is it possible? Thanks in advance.

You would need to dump the contents of the 'emergency boot' folder to be able to boot it as a HD.

If you're using WinUAE, why don't you want to add it as a CD?
