Mfilos,
Your A600 is looking amazing dude! When you're finished with it, it's gonna be the best A600 on the planet! Glad the adapter board worked with the HxC, you put a LOT of time into the project so I'm glad it worked out so well. Looking forward to the next part of your blog. Cheers! |

Cheers for your good words my friend.
Your adapter made this goal achievable 2 things left to do to be able to finalize this mod. The next update gonna be the final I hope. |

@Novacoder
The 1/2 updates is already been made and I'm really happy with it. The 2/2 will be performed this weel, so I'll update my blog then. When I said final... I meant the final update for THIS particular mod I have few more things on my mind for my little beast. Despite organizing every cable and every mod to be really clean, the case isn't as spacey as A1200s. We'll see. @Retrofan I guess it won't either. As for software, I'm adding/fine tuning stuff almost every day on my clone WinUAE environment, which when tested and I'm happy with, I transfer to the real thing. I'm VERY happy with my custom ClassicWB3.9 so I don't think I'll be changing anything else over the years OS wise. |

One more update and AT LAST the final part of my journey into fitting an HxC and a floppy drive internally on my A600
Everything turned out just fine and I'm a happy man. You can read the article on my blog here: Mounting HxC & Floppy Internally (Part 4) - http://www.mfilos.com/2013/05/a600-m...-drive_31.html |
