Winuaeenforcer on wine: Where is the Enforcer output?
Hi
I installed winuae in wine and tried winuaeenforcer on my software. I get one hit (screen color switches to black for half a second). Where is the enforcer logfile or window? Under native windows there was a window for the enforcer output. greets ags |

Try -log command line parameter to force log window open. Something probably is wrong with wine if log window still won't open.

Ok, thanks for the info. Does not work here. And when I start Winuae, sometimes wine crashes, sometimes not.

Which OS are you using to run Wine/WinUAE?

If you do apt-get install pulseaudio do the crashes stop?

That's already installed. I am looking forward to give Manjaro a try.

As I know that Ubuntu installs wine version 1.6 which is a stable release. Did you try wine 1.7 development. 1.7 have some fixes and new features.

Simplest way is to add wine repository.

The crashes seem to be fixed but the enforcer output still does not open.
There is another possible problem with winuae or my configuration, even when running it natively under windows. The problem is, that booting takes nearly a minute or so (but after booting emulation seems to run fast). However e-uae under Linux for example boots in seconds. Did I miss some option? (tried with a fresh 3.9 setup) |
