Ok, perhaps I have it wrong. But I'm pretty sure there is a game called "Dungeons & Dragons" which I have for the Spectrum (haven't played it in 20 or so years). D&D (as a quick google revealed) has become a genre in itself.
Hmpf... a search on World Of Spectrum reveals no such game. Looks like I'm gonna have to dig it out. I believe it was made by SSI (or SSL). Edit: Some further searching on Google reveals: Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Heroes Of The Lance and a Wikipedia page too ... and it was by SSI (Strategic Simulations, Inc.).
