Street Fighter II - Unknown disk version!

Think I may have an unsupported version of Street Fighter II, UK PAL 4 disks with MFM tracks. CT RAW images load under WinUAE, recognised Disk 1 and Disk 4 and could play the game so disks seem to be OK!

Uploaded the CT Raw images to The Zone if anyone wants to confrm they are unsupported!

It's indeed the missing version !

The other RNC + MFM track format use the Digital Magic Software disk format.

Your version is RNC + MFM track format, but this time it's the ZZKJ/Rainbird $4489 disk format.

However, i need you to clean possibly the disk 4. Track 72.0 and 73.0 are bad.

Can you clean it and send me the kryo dump ? Thanks

Good to know the dump was OK, thanks for checking and sending the files

I've uploaded new CT Raw files to The Zone seeing as the dump is verified to be OK, now all we need is a new slave to support it

No idea Damien, it's a game i've never played before.

I tried it in WinUAE with A1200 basic config (CPU cache disabled + Original chipset) and when I chose a 1 player game using Chun Li it loaded Blanka but the background graphics were corrupt? Tried again and this time it selected Dhalsim and that was OK, same when it selected Zangief. Couldn't get Blanka selected again to see if the graphics were corrupt a second time though!

the MFM versions of SF2 are not A1200 compatible.

It does load and play on an A1200, but you would have to play every character to know how incompatible it was!

CFOU!, when this version gets supported it would mean ALL known versions will be supported don't you think?
