Dark Forces

Now that the first stable version is out, I'd like to ask for a couple changes for Dark Forces (thanks for the entry btw!

).

- AHI is no longer required
- it's now bundled with a configuration program curtesy of Rob Cranley
- Aminet download link: https://aminet.net/package/game/shoot/tfe-darkforces

I've edited the notes to reflect the changes. The changes won't be visible until the cache of HOL gets updated (once in 24 hours).
