Didnt work, I thought it could be to grab flowers, do have another idea though - the screen where you can jump off i think is there for a reason / another reason other than being a way to kill yourself

I tried all of these things, mate, but it doesn't even let me use the stick.

I also tried it in the pub cabinet, where it says his arms are too short, as well as with the squirrel, who is too quick, but got no joy.

Are you saying your script name has a space or some of the text inside?

If text inside the script then just use "" around anything with spaces i.e:

Code:
run "metal slug"
If it's the script name, how are you starting this? If from shell type "" again around the script name, so "script name". Or just use an _ instead of spaces.

I haven't even looked at this game, so no plans as yet...

For DamienD

Ok the expression "" as current directory for assign command works

What i didn't is to change to the current directory

So the question is mandatory:

there's a way to change (inside a script) to the current directory ?

I tried with the command cd "" but no luck

That doesn't make sense, because surely you're in the "current directory" when typing already?

Maybe these helpful posts about assigns by Solo kazuki, malko and Damien can be moved to a new thread?
I feel that the whole concept of assigns is a very valuable and powerful tool and the instructions given here are very clear, yet they might get lost because of the different thread topic. Already chip and me have been helped, so maybe other members of the present and future should have easy access to such golden information.

Managed to finish this (thanks to your help Manossg),

Here is a walkthrough.

The Eire Raising Adventures Of Seamus O Mally Solution

Go West x2 until you get to the pub. Open pub door and enter. Talk to man at bar (make sure to turn and stare at him). When he asks if Paddy O'Riley is in there answer 'Yes'. After he leaves the pub, Take the Coin. Use coin in the fruit machine. Take Banana. Leave pub. Go East, Examine the red flower by the fifth fence pole and take the flower. Go East x2. Take ear defenders (on fence). Give ear defenders to Paddy, and give Banana to him. Go West x2 and South. Give Ham sandwiches to ducks. Take fish. Go North x 3 and West at crossroads. Take twig by Right hand side of path going upwards, go North, go East, Go South, Go East at crossroads, Go North. Take other twig on Left hand side. Go North, Go West, Go South until you see 'Done Rome In' tree house. Open door.

In house, use chair, take book, drop fish on table, open North drawer, open North drawer again when leprichaun has gone, examine drawer, take brochure in drawer. Open East drawer, examine drawer, take string, leave house. Go North x2. You should be out of the forest, go East x3. Go South on path, examine bin. Take Newspaper, go East. Talk to Woman, Use newspaper to roll it up. Give rolled up newspaper cone to Woman. Talk to her, when she goes Take wig. Go west, North, East. When you see the 'Flingus Shuttle' bus, go behind it (this part is tricky, you have to be in line with the edge of the pavement), keep walking to the East of the screen until you board the bus. Use book to get the bus ticket, give ticket to Bridget. Use wig, give ticket to Bridget again. Give flower to Bridget, give ticket to Bridget one last time and she'll drive you to Dublin.

At the airport, use string with twig, and other twig with string and twig to join them all together to make a stick. Go east, use stick with flyer on railings, go west and enter airport terminal doors. Examine Aer-Lingus brochure to get London flight time. Open green door and enter bathroom, use toilet chain, take voucher from toilet, use voucher with hand-dryer. Exit bathroom, go East to tickets desk. Give voucher to ticket man. Leave desk. Go West, head to passport control, give ticket to guard, go through passport control.

In England, wait for Seamus to drop from lamp post. Go east. Talk to Smoking Joe, take magazine stuck to rail, Go East (making sure you are behind Rail behind Smoking Joe), take mug on railing. Go to the lift and examine the panel. Go west. Go in front of the railings and go East x 2. Talk to Sean, give him the Magazine to get the Sugar Cubes. Open the tent and enter it, take milk bottle. Use tea urn with mug, use milk with mug. Go west, give the mug to Smoking Joe. Give the remaining milk to Smoking Joe. Talk to him four times and he'll give you key for the lift. Go west, take The Sun newspaper, go east. Go back to the lift, use key on the panel, use the panel to go up. Talk to George, give him the newspaper. Repeatedly talk to him until the game ends.

We already have this game in Lemon so you can rate and comment it. I am sure HOL will have big pack of screenshots for it soon.

I'm in the process of adding it now so thank you for the walkthrough

I'd add the solution as well (with your permission of course) but we only seem to have cheats and not solutions.. Not actually sure why that is..

Is the layout possibly randomised? Because I'm trying to follow the walkthrough but locations aren't quite where they are meant to be.

Hi Aladin,

I believe GRAC is written in AMOS Pro, at least that's my understanding from reading this thread: Updating Graphic Adventure Creator aka Grac

yes I know that grac is making with amos, but not here. uncompress the file "title" to read that the game is making under amos pro.

besides the exe is 400kb (uncompressed) while the exe of the grac games is 200kb and the file structure is different from the grac games

kikems or another specialist could check there to be sure

You are right, the game is definitelly not a GRAC game, it is pure AMOS. Thank you, updated on lemon too.
