A4000 PSU Voltages

Getting my A4000 back soon in a fixed and working condition.

So, I swapped the PSU out before with a 600W SFX Corsair PSU when I believed the original PSU might be to tired. Didn't change anything, hence the renovation.

But now I decided to check the voltages from the original PSU to see if they're ok. The 5V lines were on the money, delivering about 5.05-ish, the same with -12V, almost spot on.

The 12V line however only delivered 11.29V so my question is, is that enough or a sign that it's starting to get to old and tired?
