Back in the good old days ones a month (if i got it right) Amiga dudes came together, if my memory serves me right it was organized by a dude called cubwa (or something like that, thats the way to speak it cu-bwa) I am sure it was in many places, but it also was in Houten Near Utrecht in a cafe Now, what i am looking for is: The Cd's the organizer made and sold A cd stuffed whit stuf, there always was one folded A4 paper whit it, most of time a colour on it the whole list what was on it. Come come don't be shy, i know these disks must be around somewhere |

Seeing this in the marketplace I'll presume you are wanting to buy these CDs?

Hell yeah. I They are called Courbois software and can still be found at www.courboissoftware.com.
Every week they organised Amiga copy parties in The Hague, Houten, Beuningen and Venlo. In the period I went to the Venlo-party (1991-1994) they mainly sold PD-disks. Maybe you can contact them on their site? |

Yeah, those Venlo meetings were the max !! A giant room packed with computers from which only purpose was to copy as much as possible as fast as possible !! I remember leaving the room like a zombie, totally exhausted .... shame those days are gone ...

Otherwise use http://www.minimarkt.nl/ which seems to search on four or five different sites in the Netherlands, including Markplaats.nl I think ...

Courbois software really had a nice collection of disks with all sorts of utilities/demos/PD games. I ordered some disks, and the HD for my A1200 as well.
As for Copy Parties, I was a regular in 't Lido in Waalwijk, which orginized parties every 2nd sunday of the month. I got all my Amiga games there. |
