Vampire II and HDMI

Howdy

anyone using the HDMI out on this? can you recommend a cable? i have tried a regular HDMI cable, and it shunts up against the floppy drive. I have looked on Fleabay and can't find a thin flexible cable, what are you using?

thanks

I'm guessing you're talking about the A600?

I've seen this referenced a few places:

That thin one is pretty cool.

I currently use this without issues:

That also looks nice, but that is a male to male cable unlike the other one.

Personally I have an A500 and I'm considering this:

i like the screw end, for connecting up to a case, thats 50cm, maybe too long for inside an A600, the connecting edge to Vampire would be too big for defo.

That cable was just a tad short for me to mount inside a 500 case beneath the floppy. Picked up the 3ft and was able to spool the extra up neatly just fine.

That's where I was hoping this would go also. Got any pictures?

I search Amazon.com for "Short HDMI extension cable" and it came up with many of varying lengths from just a few inches upwards to 6 and 8 inches. Perhaps you'll find the right one there instead of having to coil one up in your console.

Believe it or not, Apple computer makes a very small profile (Black) cable you can get from an Apple store 15-20 bucks. (If you are going straight out of the case)

I know exactly what you are talking about.

I removed my RF modulator to install a port there. I can't remember how I found a smaller cable. :/
