Question A1200 (Rev B2) PCMCIA mem-speed "slow" issue

Does anyone know if there is a fix i can perform in either hardware or software for me to stop my PCMCIA slot slowing down after i put my 4gb memory card into the PCMCIA slot.

Im running an ACA1221 and after bootup (which is fine) i run ACAtune -status and it tells me that the PCMCIA mem-speed =normal
as soon as i place a card into the slot and then run ACAtune -status in cli, PCMCIA mem-speed =slow

any ideas how i can fix this so it stays at normal speed 100% of the time please ? (without having to run the -slowpcmcia off command in cli everytime i put my memory card into the pcmcia slot).

thanks in advance guys.
