Wepl posted the slaves at WHDLoad Mantis.
I can confirm that both the regular OCS/ECS floppy version and CD32 version works 100% as I have completed both versions on my A1200. |

Retroplay,
I have tested the 1.2 slave and works wonderfully...at the correct speed in my A1200 seems that the older slave was very buggy also the game Lion King whdload version is very slow...and not works at the correct speed anyways there is a great and old hardisk patch for Lionking made by Sentinel that works great Thanks!!! btw, which are the main differences between both versions of Deepcore ...Cd32 and floppy cause I see that CD32 files are 4.6mb in size which version you recommend me to play? |

It really makes no difference as both versions are identical except for the title screen.
So you might as well just stick to the floppy version. |

According to haynor, there are still some speed issues on 030 Amigas.
I guess that's why it's still not added to whdload.de. |

Yes, there are still some issues with speed on 030 proc. Running CD32 version straight from HD is ok but game on the other hand is a bit too fast
Anyway is better to have game a bit to fast then a bit too slow... at least to me. And yes, Lion King is also too slow - even more than Deep Core that's why I play on Megadrive or SNES. |

Is there update for Lion King WHDLoad? It runs much slower and choppier than the floppy version
I've heard Aladdin is made on the same engine. Funny Aladdin WHDLoad works perfectly though. Last edited by prowler; 09 July 2012 at 21:07. Reason: Back-to-back posts merged. |
