I don't believe there is one

Only option is to use the .IPFs (via WinUAE) or the WHDLoad version...

Is the cracked version no good? If someone has the SPS version they can send to me, I'll redo a new ADF of it.

Some odd experiences:
Deep, The (1988)(U.S. Gold)[cr Defjam - CCS - SP][t +2 Defjam - CCS - SP][b]
Deep, The (1988)(U.S. Gold)[cr Defjam - CCS - SP][t +2 Defjam - CCS - SP][b2]
I have got graphics corruption when using KS1.3, when using KS1.2 then there is no graphics corruption.
When loading the disks, sometimes game crashes, but only sometimes, its odd.
When using the IPF you get no graphics corruption in KS1.3.

I was never given the IPF of the game at the time, so no.

The cracked versions use quite a stupid loader which wasn't emulated properly until Toni fixed that in WinUAE. Thus they got the [b] flag since they didn't work in the emulator back then.

Isn't that the loader that doesn't use DMA and instead reads DSKBYTR in a loop? Sounds interesting

Cracked version does this. Original uses normal DMA method.

Poll DSKBYTR, exit when DSKSYNC bit is set
Poll DSKBYTR, exit when "byte ready" bit is set
Read one sector worth of data by polling DSKBYTR
and so on..

i'm doing an extended ADF of The deep.

So far, this use an ondisk copy protection in track 0 side 1 and tracks 80 to 82.
the other tracks are $4489 sync and $187E for track length

The Deep in the zone

Well this game is not using an horrible multi-sync protection like hybris or sword of Sodan.

Its the typical protection system employed by Emerald Software on all but one of their games.
