rexxsyslib dependency bug in WinUAE?

Hi,

in another thread I was using SnoopDos to find out why Remus wouldn't run on my emulated Amiga. While doing so I saw that rexxsyslib.library V37 was requested while WB 3.1 only brings 36.23.

After a bit of googling around I found this in the E-UAE changelog:

This corrects a bug in the opening of system libraries on the AmigaOS version which was causing UAE to unnecessarily try to open v37 of rexxsyslib.library (which most people won't have).

Could it be that this bug is still present in current versions of WinUAE?

It says AmigaOS-version (why should non-AmigaOS version need Amiga libraries?)

EDIT: this bug means emulator does not start because emulator executable requires too new library. Non-AmigaOS versions don't need Amiga libraries to run
