Aros Vision 2.6.1 with MUI 3.8
First there is a new download-link:
http://www.aros-platform.de/downloads/aros_vision.zip Conditions for the download as always on: http://www.aros-platform.de/html/distribution_download.html changes: MUI38 instead of Zune MMU libraries/components updated Developer parts are updated (f.e. Pascal, AmiLua working) I would recommend to integrate this installer (copy installer in C): http://aminet.net/package/util/misc/Installer-43_3 some of the preferences do not work on MUI (need Zune), most important locale and input. If you need to use the prefs I would recommend to copy the Zune version of MuiMaster library in Libs and then after changing the prefs return to MUI (all needed libraries are included in Libs/MUI_Change) a screenshot: |

@OlafSch. On your site it stands; Link to download 2.6. When i click on download nothing happens other than the latest version of Firefox gives me a white page and nothing will be downloaded. Can this be fixed ASAP?

How easy is it now to set up wifi on this? I looked at it a while ago when they completed raising funds to get the wifi stack finished, although I never figured out how to get connected via wifi with it... Hopefully they have streamlined that process a bit more since the last one I tested...

I have replaced the buggy "Wanderer" with Magellan and replaced the limited Zune with MUI 3.8. Most parts/software added are normal 68k software (nothing special compiled). Aros is the Rom and the backbone of OS components like parts of the libraries and devices. |
