I remember it (prob... one of the cover disks)

Used it as backgrounds for a few Imagine Renders

Heh! I wrote a tutorial for doing just that waaaay back in AmigaPro magazine - used to love tinkering with Vista (the render times were rough though - even on an '060).

Yeah. Not sure what year that would have been in.
I also remember when NASA released the Mars elevation data.
Playing around was fun but using real world data made it more interesting and cool.

Tried to launch it yesterday and unfortunately it didn't work, but I didn't perform any further investigations honestly... plus, IIRC it was an old pirated version, not sure whether it's the latest or not.

I think I will end up installing the CU CD Coverdisk version and see if it makes any difference.

I had Vista Pro for my standard A500 and then A1200. I spent days and days in total on it.

I would let it run all day rendering videos when I was at school, sometimes even longer, that I then recorded those and DPaint animations to VHS, it was great fun.

I remember trying to do the same, but my poor A500 didn't have nearly enough oomph for my 16-year self to realise his overambitious movie dreams I guess that was one of the experiences that made me understand the limitations of the then-seemingly unbelievable hardware better!
