Seven Gates Of Jambala - Amiga Fun / DOS Version

Hello!

Does anyone have this?

I'm looking to install it and can't find the files version (Amiga Fun).

Anyone?

Yeah I've seen that version, downloaded it already Unfortunately that's the CD32 version not the floppy DOS version.

The floppy DOS version has files named like "0000001" "00000001A" etc. (or something very similar).

Well I want it for WHDLoad and that version doesn't work with WHDLoad.

So for me, it doesn't really work

Thanks for trying though.

Interesting... I have feeling that might be the non-dos version which I already have. I'll try and check later. Ta!

Hi

I did check it before uploading quickly. It loads up in WB and it has the 000000001 files. So im guessing it is the one

Cheers

Unfortunately this version didn't work either.

I got sync errors on track 2. I also tried just copying the files across but got an illegal instruction.

I dont really know if that means its a disk error or what to be honest

What I have done is stuck every version I have of it in the zone. Its about 6meg in size.

Hope one of those works

Cheers

Unfortunately I don't think an adf format file is going to work in this case, I think the imager is expecting information which can't be held in an adf.

Ah well! Thanks for the help though

Jambala has been dumped for Softpres but I think it has AtariST "features" and hasnt been converted to IPF

Ah, one of those. They're taking a while to implement that

I seem to have found an mfm version labelled now anyway, it's labelled as AmigaFun but I couldn't write it back at the time... I've got to give it another try...

Try if the extended ADF works for you, KG. Check the zone, it's dlfrsilver's dump.

The game expects the disk to be labelled "Jambala" or something similar, whereas the extended ADF is non-dos IIRC.

No luck again

No probs mate, I made the same mistake before

If you look at the "Files" version in my packs it has "Disk.1" in it.

Silly me!
