Archipelagos - Premier Collection 3 manual code not working?

Have 2 retail copies of Premier Collection 3 by Hewson and found the manuals included do not allow the correct answers when asked for by Archipelagos?

A few random examples from the supplied manuals:
Page 7, Paragraph 1, Word 14 is CLOSE (fails)
Page 1, Paragraph 2, Word 4 (no idea, instructions for Battleships!!)
Page 7, Paragraph 2, Word 19 is TOGETHER (fails)

Looking at the Archipelagos manual from HOL the correct answers are:
Page 7, Paragraph 1, Word 14 is READY
Page 1, Paragraph 2, Word 4 ASTRAL
Page 7, Paragraph 2, Word 19 is FORM

Nowhere in the manual does it give any codes for Archipelagos or includes any addendum sheet to shed any light on how to enter the game?

Anyone else have this compilation and have the same issue, or am I missing some documentation?

have you noticed the small numbers using to indicate the paragraph requested ?

For example, in the manual of the game on HOL, Page 4 Paragraph 4 Word 6, the answer is AMIGA.

I have never owned that compilation so I cannot directly answer the question, although I wonder if this is of any help?

@Denis: Yes, I noticed them but they still don't help as the manual pages are totally messed up when compared to the 'proper' manual! When Page 1 is asked for my manual shows the instructions for Battleships, Page 2 is blank and Pages 3 & 4 are identical so someone screwed up with manual layout!

try to adapt your manual for archipelagos with the help of the original manual present on HOL.

The problem is Denis, if you don't have the original manual you can't 'adapt' it, the manual is simply messed up and does not allow you to enter the correct word, even having the proper manual to compare is no help as there are sections missing! And in any case, if you have the HOL manual no need to 'adapt'

I know I can use the 'proper' manual from HOL or capehorn's link but if you had this back in the day, you would be stuffed. Just think this is an example of documentation not being checked before release!

I can only take crappy photos, have never had access to a scanner! If you want the whole manual that will take some time, but I can take photos of the Archipelagos section if needed?

I re-visited Archipelagos myself recently and found that link very useful. It's a very underrated game indeed.
