OpenRetro Games Database API

Hey!

According to the comments on this page (https://openretro.org/fs-uae-launcher) there is an unpublished API available for accessing the entries within the database.

Does anyone know if it's accessible to the public at all? I've emailed Frode Solheim a couple of months ago but got no reply.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel

Hello,

I have a bug with Ruff'n tumble Whdload version.
The configuration is A600 and need to be moved to A1200, because it doesn't work in A600 configuration. And according to some comments on OpenRetro for this game, loading times are faster too in A1200

Thank you very much.

Yes, please do! If you know what should be changed, you can submit a config entry change directly. If not, you can add a comment and ask for a change. In fact, I recommend adding a comment to why a change is useful/needed anyway, also when submitting a config change

Go get back on topic, the API is kind of open, just undocumented (or documented via source code). I intend to make something better which serves more needs than just the launcher (easier to use). Will get back to you @DanielAllsopp.
