BattleShips II v1.1.6 - "HD install" --> "ADFs"

Heya guys,

Following on from these 2 threads:

a) Super Bubble Remix v1.3 - ADF: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=82321
b) Contraption Zack - ADFs: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=82334

I've now created .ADFs of the "HD install" only game "BattleShips II" http://hol.abime.net/5713

Again, this one was a bit tricky as I had to created 3 x .ADFs to accommodate all the files LZX'd up...

Anyway; now working like a treat

You need to use one of the following configurations in WinUAE though (due to size of extracted files --> RAM) and set "DFO: = Disk 1" + "DF1: = Disk 2" + "DF2: = Disk 3":

a) Quickstart "A600 - 4MB Fast RAM expanded configuration" but change the CPU to "68020".

or

b) Quickstart "A1200 4MB Fast RAM expanded configuration".

Heya guys,

I've now uploaded a new version to the Zone! (and removed the old one)

Just like with "Contraption Zack"; you can use only 1 floppy drive / 2 floppy drives or indeed 3 floppy drives if you have them. If only using 1 floppy drive (or 2 floppy drives for that matter) you will now be prompted to swap disks:

A big thank you must go out to Arnie

I had an issue where after swapping all disks / extracting all files you would be prompted to re-insert the 1st disk before the game would start... Bashed my head against the wall for a while and couldn't find a solution...

Well Arnie did!!!

Heya guys,

Unfortunately it has been pointed out to me that some of the disks I created had the Ebola virus

This has now been rectified / fixed. If you downloaded previously please get rid of...

Old files removed and the new fixed files now in The Zone!

Yeah, it's quite a difficult game. The computer is hardcore
