Floppy disk CDTV OS 2.35 & CD+G Disks

Hi,
I have just received my Fleetwood Mac CD+G disk
I have a CDTV with the OS 2.35 in it but when I try the CD+G option it just shows an image of Play/Pause and then when i click play it throws me back to the CD screen (the one with the spinning disk and track select)
It's definitely the correct disk (I have two of the same album, - one normal CD and the other is the brown CD+G version)

Is this a bug with OS 2.35? I am wondering if anyone has tried these CD+G on the new ROM?

CD+G is confirmed to work fine on 2.35. I just tested tested the same Fleetwood Mac CD you mentioned on a stock CDTV with 2.35 and it streams the CD+G graphics as expected. Does your disc have the "GRAPHICS" logo on it? (Should be right under the Compat Disc logo)

Sorted it - I have to press play on the screen rather than button A!

Ah excellent. Glad you managed it. Yeah, the CD+G implementation on the CD1000 is a bit wonky, but it works and was pretty high tech novelty back in 1990. Enjoy those dazzling graphics

Works quite well, thank you! It seems to work best on my Mega-CD and it works on my CDi as well
