Picasso96FixV2 Release

May I suggest you inform users of Picasso96 older and newer, this IS Not related to Picasso96 or P96 programmers? You might want to make that clear. I'm an advanced user, and I wondered if there was an update I missed...which is very possible. But clearly I didn't.

In the News there is the name of the developer and in the Link attached the readme of the author, I avoid to make personal comments because my English is the result of an online translation and therefore it could be misunderstood.
